In a Court of Law

This morning I went to sit in on some criminal cases and I realized that the justice system is not as fucked as it may seem...well ill say the judge, whose court room I was sitting in was not bad. He seemed to be willing to consider all the situations. During all the cases I had sympathy for the defendants and that was weird for me. i am normally the one who is like punish punish punish but today I was hoping for the best for them all. I saw a young man who had nothing get completely denied bond but a young man who had the support of both or his parents (who had money) get a bond of $20,000 which i believe they could easily pay. But Justice is in the eye of the beholder...LOL

Confused

Do you ever sit and your brain is just moving and a lot is going on in your mind but you can not focus on one thing. Well I have been like that for the past 4 days. I have so much stuff that I need to do and so many people I don't want to think about but its all in my head. I am the type of person who over things everything and I think about what I could have said or done to change a situation. I know that I can not change the situations but I want to. I want to be able to go back in time and make things right...for Me....

Thought of the Day

So I am a college student as some of you may already know and as a college student my family tries to keep at home things away from me. Well there are stressful things that happen here in college as well. For example this weekend while I was out of town there was a suspected suicide on campus. When I first received the email it was kinda like "Oh another one...OK". However when I returned I got more details and I began to feel some kind of way. The young lady was a freshman and it appeared to the authorities that she had jumped out of her bedroom window on the 16th floor. All of these things caused me to start thinking. What can be going on in the life of a 18/19 year old that would make her end her life in such sad and severe way. I suffer from mild depression and my college as the assets needed to help students with this issue but she chose to just end it...

Life is so fragile and most people dont take advantage of the wonders that GOD has put here for us. The trees, the flowers, the clouds, the birds, the fish...just so many things...there were so many things that this girl was not able to experience about college, so many people she was not able to meet, so many more disappointments that college holds to make you a stronger adult. I couldn't imagine a thing in this world that would make me want to give up and I guess we will never understand the human brain and what happens in peoples minds when they decide that death is better than life but I hope that her soul is blessed and that GOD understands her heart and her mind.

Well this should show you where i am going with this new blog...I am not going to be posting unless there is something going on in my head or something I think you should see but I hope you enjoy.
